ST. JOHN

“St. John is an American luxury house founded in 1962 on the premise of a simple, elegant, and versatile knit dress. The brand has evolved over the years, but the foundation of the collection remains the same today as it did from the very start - great American design, understated and timeless elegance, unsurpassed quality and craftsmanship.”

I am currently a Multi Media Graphic Designer at St. John. I create templates for newsletters, social media assets, design magazine spreads, brainstorm concepts and layout for the seasonal catalogs, website launch, and holidays, reformat Powerpoint presentations, edit videos for social media, assist photo retouching, and many more. Below are several projects I lead.

“St. John’s notoriously impeccable tailoring is showcased through equestrian-influenced pieces, as seen in stretch knit jodhpur leggings and elegant dressage tops layered under signature tweed knit jackets. Designed for a busy woman wit h an active lifestyle, look for subtle workwear details in tweeds with quilted “body warmer” off-duty shapes, plus stylish cropped hooded sweat tops. “

 

Resort Catalog

“The Resort 2023 Collection finds inspiration in two of our favorite fashion decades: the 1960s and 1990s. New knits take shape in mod minis and color blocked sweaters, while slip dresses and strong-shouldered jackets offer day-to-night chic. As we embrace winter white, look for new denim in this light, bright palette. For evening, color continues to steal the spotlight. A pink georgette gown delights with voluminous butterfly sleeves, while a strappy bronze bra top gown embodies a lingerie spirit.”

Holiday Concept

The 2022 Holiday Concept was playing with the idea of wraps and ribbons for the colder season ahead. Movement was the inspiration for this design. The color palette is black, gold, cream, dark brown.

60th Anniversary

“In 1962, Marie Gray launched St. John. The iconic American knitwear house would go on to produce curated collections of elegant, timeless fashion for women across the globe.”

St. John celebrates 60 years of dressing, empowering and celebrating strong beautiful women. For this campaign, the highlight was using strong imagery and the pattern used in the Celebration Capsule. The campaign included two homepage banners, a category banners, social assets, a newsletter and an internal company email.
